HP Premier Authorized Repair Center

This authorization certifies P&J to deliver first-class HP warranty repairs and is associated with quality, reliability and value in service. We provide diagnosis, parts and repair support for servers, desktop and laptop/notebook computers.

HP Warranty Repair Service & Support Center

P&J can help you put HP Care Pack Services in place for your HP equipment. HP Care Pack Services cost-effectively upgrade or extend your standard warranty with easy-to-buy, easy-to-use support packages. They reduce downtime risks with support levels from basic to mission critical. And they cover all the IT products your business relies on: servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, and printers. For many products, post-warranty HP Care Pack Services are available when your original warranty has expired.

HP On-Site Authorized Sales Service and Warranty Center

P&J is authorized to provide depot or on-site repair for printers whether or not they are under warranty.

Servers: We employ HP's Insight Manager to monitor server health and catch most problems before they become serious. However in the event your server does go down, we can provide depot or on-site repair, whether your equipment is in or out of warranty.

Notebooks/Tablets: We have been providing professional laptop consulting and repair services for over15 years and are considered laptop repair specialists. Because we service laptops in-house we can provide quick turnaround on repairs and help reduce incidences of lost productivity and/or revenue.

Desktops: Our A+ Certified Computer Technicians specialize in troubleshooting, resolving software issues, and servicing and/or replacing hardware. Onsite services include but are not limited to new computer set-up, data transfer, data recovery, system backup, hardware installation and software configuration. We are an HP Premier Authorized Repair Center and can provide depot or on-site repair.

Printers: P&J not only sells HP, Epson and Okidata printers, but we're also one of the top service centers for these products. P&J is an HP On-Site Authorized Sales Service and Warranty Center. We can provide depot or on-site repair, whether your printer is in or out of warranty.

HP Printer Repairs

P&J repairs all models of HP laser printers, with exception of some color models and models covered by replacement warranty. For models covered by replacement warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer. As an HP Premier Authorized Repair Center, all printer repairs are completed with genuine HP parts.
